How to get help from support?

I have been waiting for a response to this for almost a year. I see Tribal Support sometimes answer and helps out on this board. I've also emailed them with no answer. How do we get an answer from Tribal Support? How do they decide who they will help out.

Here's my original question:

I have a relative who has been getting my Tribal Pages NEWSLETTERs for years, and 6 months ago (now a year and 6 months ago) suddenly stopped receiving them. I have tried to re-invite them, I have emailed Tribal Pages support; I am at a loss for how to get them back on the mailing list. It says that they opted to not receive them anymore, but if that button was clicked, it was clicked inadvertently. She is one who has loved receiving them.

I see Tribalpages have not responded. What I would try if you have not already done so is - go to edit / send invitations, Delete her original invitation and send her a completely new invitation. Surely that should work. If not maybe she will have to change her email address as I did.

A few months my own newsletter stopped arriving and all other messages ex Tribalpages still came through OK. I had to change my email address for my Tribalpages site to fix the problem. Maybe your relative will have to use a different email address.

Go to "edit' > "log in". On left side of page under "sharing" click on "send invitations". There will be a list of your members and guests. If you have not deleted her at some stage she will show. Next to her name under "role" click on the "arrow", You will see "delete". Click on that and send her a new invitation.

If she is not listed then try sending her a new invitation and see what happens. You will see how to send an invitation at the top of that page.

I don't have that "role" next to her name on the online version.

For my phone app version, I have the arrow, but no place for "delete". However, there is a place to click for "send invitation", so I did that. We'll see if she gets it. Crossing my fingers. Thanks for the help.
