I have been following the comments after sending my "Website Facelift" message yesterday. I can now say, well done. Now I have had a better look I do like the new system. Also well done on answering members messages far more promptly than in the past. Please keep that up.

Can you untick the box for me on my second message sent yesterday. I did so for the first message but not the second.

The Website Facelift board has attracted several message just applicable to the owners trees and I am getting emails that don't need to come to me.

It has also shown up the amount of Queries that answs are still outstanding from Tribal Support. This may now shake them up

It is so old fashioned as from the very early days of programming.

The single line Text was and is all that was/is needed. What you have is simply a waste of time to go through, as all that is needed is a very quick response to our queries.entered onthe Forums which you seem to have achieved easily today in answering your entry.

This I commend you on, but the new interface has not achieved anything, just a lot more on the screen.

Honestly, it seems as if you have given this to be done, by someone new to Computers.

A genuine answer and explanation, would be appreciated

Because you DO NOT say :

1. Its for owner of site only and they must approve others and others must have email address. (or U can become a new owner and make new site)

Many not owners download thinking they can just post their own changes on site they are member. And it doesn't work.

I tried the app and it works great. I'll post comment there.

Q.- Why do the FREE sites get to have an ACTIVITY LOG and the paid sites do not have that activity?

The activity log is only available if the website has a "membership" privacy model instead of "access code". This can be found in "privacy" under Tools in the menu.

In the "membership" all visitors need to sign in using their own login (email/password). This lets us track who made and changes.

The date against the name of the poster is confusing and not really useful.

If you still believe it necessary, change it to show "Member since yyyy".

More importantly, show the full date of the post, including the year.
